Believe In your Strategy

Sometimes just one person is enough.

One person who believes in your dreams, your plans, your ambition.

One person who believes in you.

Because even if you are confident that the idea is a good one, you can also worry that you may not be the right person to drive it forward.

This uncertainty in yourself seeps into all of your strategy and decisions, as you try to minimise the potential damage you could do.

Listen, I'm all about risk mitigation and not doing anything without thinking it through.

But you can create a strategy that is daring AND that controls the risk.

That's a lot easier if you believe that you can.
